Well I don't think its shameful to have the Mufto meet with Perez. We have to start a dialogue and also try to pressure Israelis to ease the embargo on the Palestinians, but I have my doubt that he even did discuss this with Perez. I can't say more as I know less

It is completely shameful. Perhaps you haven't heard of a place called Gaza and of what is happening there now? It is the systematic starvation of a people by a modern, industrialised "democracy" under the eyes of the so-called "civilized" world. As a Sheikh, he should know haram from halal and worry about his soul.
Maysaloon, accusing me of not knowing baout Gaza is an understatement as I blog about this issue alot and I have many Americans who are trying to help and send money to Gaza.
I was saying that I don't know what the Mufti discussed with Perez and I doubt that he put any effort to start with to ease restrections on Palestinains.
