The Pot Calling the Kettle Black

OK this is hilarious:

Britain is being urged to help set up an international "contact group" to co-ordinate western and Arab policy towards the crisis in Syria, where President Bashar al-Assad is defying mounting outrage over the violent suppression of mass unrest.
And guess who is doing the urging?
It has emerged that King Abdullah of Jordan raised the idea, borrowed from the recent Libyan uprising, in talks with David Cameron on Tuesday.
Do you want to tell me that this Hashemite Pinnochio came up with this brilliant idea all by himself? Seriously, I want the killing to stop in Syria, but getting the half-English king of Jordan who can't wipe his chin without permission, is probably up there with using the Arab League as the front for international pressure on the Syrian regime. I can almost see the puppet strings moving Abdullah's hands as he shakes hands with David Cameron.

If the situation in Syria wasn't so tragic and the Assad regime not so stupid, I would have a different position, but right now Syrians would probably shake hands with the devil.

The eighth man killed with the seven CIA agents in Afghanistan was a member of Jordanian intelligence, al Sherif Ali Bin Zeid. Not that we need reminders of Jordanian collusion with the West, their own King is a traitor.

The Emperor's new clothes

King Abdullah the second of Jordan has dissolved parliament. For the occasion he wore his favourite uniform, attaching on it the numerous medals and awards he has obtained throughout his distinguished career: the Order of Saint Sony, the Playstation 2 medal of accomplishment for levels achieved in Tekken 8 and finally the green, white and black medal as founder of the Jordanian Playstation 3 appreciation society. The CIA funded Jordanian intelligence services were unable to procure any Palestinians for sacrifice on this occasion but we are assured that Israeli and American officials granted the necessary blessings regardless, foregoing the obligatory blood sacrifice.

" In a gesture of support for the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah, Egypt has organized a summit meeting in which he will meet with President Hosni Mubarak and the Jordanian and Israeli leaders."

Who said puppets have no feeling towards one another?

The newer US puppets no longer need strings to operate and are manipulated by Bluetooth with controls under the desk. In this picture the PS/3 King of Jordan looks confused as he attempts the Macarena to please his masters. There has been no comment on whether he will appear in any more Star Trek episodes either.

***Pelosi appears unconvinced while Cheney confidently and deftly operates the puppet to do what he wants it to ***

"Events are proving that the king of Jordan was right to warn of a 'Shia crescent' across the Middle East - even though the phrase was a tad undiplomatic" says Ian Black in the Guardian.

Events will also prove that there is a 'moderate crescent' across the Middle East sponsored by America and including the King of Jordan (a half Arab, PS2 playing monarch who works for the Israelis and Americans) - at the risk of sounding "a tad undiplomatic".

Jordan, what are the odds?

A half British King who can't speak Arabic properly and is more concerned with playing on his PS/2 and bit roles in Star Trek than running his country, while the CIA runs his intelligence services.....The more I think about it, the more I wonder when, not if, there will be an overthrow in Jordan.

King PS2

I've found the article at the Arabist which refers to the Playstation playing monarch of Jordan and his American led intelligence services. He's aptly named it, "The Coming fall of King PS2". Many moons ago, in another life, I had once thought that the Jordanian Hashemite monarchy was dignified and "moderate". Now I realise that of all the regimes in the Middle East, they are the most despicable, and have sold out the most time and time again. They would do well to remember what happened to their cousins in Iraq.

.

The New New Middle East

While many of us believe things are now going quiet in the Middle East, it appears that Western intelligence services have been busily networking and crafting. American foreign policy with regards to the region has been seriously undermined at the moment with Iraq in the grip of civil war and ruin, Israel defeated by Hezbollah, Iran going nuclear and Syria still with fingers in many pies. It appears that attempts at a new Sunni axis, to counter the contrived Shia arc from Iran to Syria, are now underway.

In Egypt, Gamal Mubarak started making noises about nuclear power, Jordan's puppet Hashemite King is still playing his PS2 while his intelligence services are now effectively the Middle East branch of the CIA and Saudi Arabia is ecstatic that it is now back in America's good books; nobody there really wanted to talk about Al Qaeda or fundamentalism. Lastly, within the Palestinian territories, thugs supported by the Israelis and Americans are now fomenting civil strife against the Hamas government, to distract all Palestinian movements from nipping at Israels heels.

To sum up, it appears to me that the beacon of freedom and democracy in the world is acting as midwife to the "moderate" nations of the Middle East against radical rogue states. Condoleeza Rice's new Middle East may have been a stillborn, but it's sibling is being conceived as we speak. In the West where the concept of the "single mum" has gained acceptance, there may be no difficulty in accepting this child. However, in the East, many people will still recognise the offspring for what it is, a bastard.

Jordan - Epicentre of "New Middle East"

News is reaching Maysaloon that quite a kerfuffle is emerging around a recent article comparing the current Playstation playing monarch and his country to the last Shah of Iran. I will try to find the article and provide a link.
