A few bits and pieces...

"US alarm at N. Korea's 'nuclear link' with Syria", oh dear...I'm not sure whether I should bother writing something about this yet.

Enough is enough: "Wafa Fahoum felt she had to make a stand when her nine-year-old daughter Nadine – an Arab representing Israel at tennis – was singled out for questioning by airport security staff while her Jewish team-mates simply walked through." Evidently the Israeli occupation of her land and people does not require a stand, only that her daughter's tennis aspirations be uninterrupted.
