The incident between Iran and the United States was all a misunderstanding. It appears that the mysterious voice on the airwaves was that of the 'Filipino Monkey' and not of an Iranian. It is unclear at this stage whether he works with al Qaeda or not. A radio, miniature Koran and a pile of banana skins were found on a beach close by.
