Saturday 5th demonstration

I joined the massive demonstration held in Central London on Saturday to voice my protest over the slaughter happening in Lebanon today. There must have been over 100,000 people of all creeds and nations gathered there, all unanimous in their outrage over the moral bankruptcy of the British and American governments, and the aggressive policies of the Israeli state with regards to it's neighbours. Passing a heavily fortified American embassy (complete with ferocious black attack dogs, heavily armed police, some with camera's interestingly enough), the march also passed by 10 Downing Street, where a deluge of boo's and jeers aimed at it's present incumbent (and the main person in Britain directly responsible for the continuation of bloodshed) was directed.

I only took one picture in front of Whitehall, which I think expresses the feel for that day clearly.
