Angry Arab - I told you his coverage of Syria is lousy - is now making fun of the French doctor who risked his life trying to get into Homs:
Here cometh the White Man.  Celebrate his arrival.
It is one thing to make fun of the ridiculous Muslim Brotherhood, and of the thuggish Assad regime, but another thing to make fun of a seventy year old man who risked life and limb to go to a war zone.
